Who We Are
The Lutheran Church of God’s Love is a vibrant community of faith. Rooted in the rich tradition and theology of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, yet embracing new ideas, we offer many diverse worship, education, small group and service opportunities for adults and youth.
Approximately 700 families, from over 30 surrounding municipalities, have chosen the Lutheran Church of God’s Love as their church home. Led by both a senior and an associate pastor, we offer a variety of worship styles at our three weekend services. Holy Communion is celebrated weekly.
At our traditional service, we use the liturgy and hymns taken from the Lutheran Book of Worship. Our adult and children’s vocal and bell choirs provide an uplifting accent to this service. The contemporary service adheres to the basic tenets of the Lutheran faith in a less formal manner, enhanced by Christian music provided by our popular Rejoice! praise band. The HeartSong service, held on Saturday evenings, provides gentle piano music in a meditative worship setting.
God’s Love Christian Preschool is in its 13th year of serving our community. Located within our church building, we have a developmentally-appropriate curriculum that is founded on our Christian values.
